This FREE boot camp will last 4 weeks and be held three times a week, Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 6:30 am and 6:00 pm.

You can drop in at any time.

We will be testing your health and fitness so we can track your results.

The workout will last an hour. For best results, come as often as you can. We will start on time and you don't want to miss the warm up.

Equipment needed:

3-5 lb dumbbells
Water bottle!

If it's your first time at our club, you will receive a free post workout recovery drink.

At the end of the four weeks, we will do a free fitness evaluation to measure you results and to celebrate!
