There’s the Fourth of July barbecue... and then there’s Bastille Day at Fish, complete with all the French fare, libations and revelry you can imagine helmed by Lyon-born chef Nico Romo.
This year’s event features a dual program of festivities as guests choose a side, “Prince” or “Patriot.” There’s plenty of tasty French fare for the masses throughout the Fish bar areas; however, the royals savor a four-course dinner, with traditional dishes like blanquette de veaux and crepe cake with egg a la neige.
Everyone is invited, of course, to the general festivities but the French Meetup Group is are going to make reservations for a small group to go the 'Prince' route of the celebration, with 6-8 people sitting down the the 4-course meal offered at 6:30. Please RSVP if you would like a place at the table!
