Linda, I apologize for not being clearer as to the location of the Meetup. I realize now that there are several different statues in Bryant Park. It is my understanding the location of the table on the diagram was on the 40th street side of Bryant Park, not 42nd St. If there is another Values Meetup I will try to make it clearer.

I visited for about an hour, but greatly enjoyed my conversation with William and Jerome. As I was leaving, Yen showed up, who I always enjoy meeting and speaking with, but regret I was not able to do so on this occasion.
Yes the photo does show the table.
The precise meetup location will be near the statue on the 42nd St. side of the park.

Are you referring to the statue that is in the park across from the (white) Grace Building, next to the large table, and Reading Room tables? I attached a map indicating the statute I suspect you are referring to. See photo in the main body of this posting. (There are several statutes in the park unfortunately.)
Bill, I hope the photo above depicts the table you were describing. (?)
I'll be there but I will not be able to make it there at the start time.
I would like people to think about what value do you have or desire would you most like to have or see improved.

If someone has other suggested readings it is ok with me because I value other peoples suggestions. :-)

Bill, I won't be in New York then.

Do you have an alternative date?

If there is a problem due to weather I would suggest
Bread & Butter - 419 Park Avenue South, 2nd Floor

verb1.estimate the monetary worth of (something).2.consider (someone or something) to be important or beneficial; have a high opinion of.

Bill, very interesting topic. I'll be @ Bryant Park on the 30th and would love to join your meetup if I free up from mine in good time.
Sounds like a great topic!

Are there universal values that most and or all individuals share?

Sounds like a great topic! Set up a date/time and place. Would you like to moderate it? CNY can help you setup and announce. How about Saturday Aug 30th at Bryant Park, 3-5 pm during "Conversation Day?"
