What we're about

Breeze Cookham offers FREE bike rides for ladies aged 16+ with no upper age limit, of all abilities. With the focus on fun and fitness, come and see how much fun you can have on two wheels. Sponsored by HSBC and part of British Cycling, rides start in and around Cookham and vary from gentle beginner rides to more challenging rides on quiet country lanes and hills in the local area. We arrange rides daytime, evenings and weekends so there should be something to suit everyone, and of course we always stop for coffee, cake and a chat along the way. Breeze ride leaders are fully qualified to lead groups of up to 8 ladies. We are all first aid qualified and our focus is to make rides enjoyable for all participants. We ride at the pace of the slowest rider so no one gets left behind. Come and give it a go! My name is Sarah and I am a Breeze Champion living in Cookham.
