So here is a great opportunity for board gaming in the East Bay! The Albatross Pub in Berkeley is a top-notch place for people to get together for some gaming. They have a great beer and whiskey selection, endless popcorn for $1, and allow you to bring your own food.
Feel free to bring any games you'd like to share with the group, and we always have a good stock of fun and fairly simple games to choose from, too. Most of our games last 15-30 minutes so if you arrive late or want to leave early then that's totally cool, there are plenty of chances to jump in and out. We play anything from word-guessing, acting, social deduction and bluffing, trivia, and even throw in some Cards Against Humanity when we all need a few laughs.
The best way to get there is to either drive (easy parking most nights) or take BART to North Berkeley station. From there it's about a 15 minute walk.
A few notes from their website:
• Under 21 not admitted • One beverage minimum • Cash only, but ATM available
I hope to see a lot of you out here, cheers!
