A key challenge in cities is to count people, cars, trucks busses etc. This information is used to understand dynamics of mobility and traffic patterns. In recent years advances has been made in how IoT technology can be used to count with increasing accuracy. This meet up will showcase a couple of examples of how this can be done.

Anders Lisdorf will talk about the open source project alvelor (www.alvelor.com) is using AI and traffic cameras to produce unique insights into the flow of traffic in cities and the challenges that come with it.

Jørleif Joensen will talk about his experiences through many years and different contexts with implementing solutions to count people
