The right honourable Copywriters Guild of Dublin are NOT a secret organisation - but we are an organisation with secrets.

We meet once a month to talk anything and everything about direct-response copywriting.

For the unitiated -
X It's not brand copywriting

X It's not SEO copywriting
X It's not UX writing

Direct-response copywriting is salesmanship in print, and on-screen.

That's sales-man-ship in the biblical sense, as in hu-man: all are welcome (and we won't ask about your pronouns).

We're all about stimulation of Halbert's Greed Glands and the magical transmutation of symbols into gold through application of these dark arts:
> Curiousity arousing headlines
> Hooks you know you shouldn't bite on, but baited so temptingly you chomp down anyway
> Open loops so maddeningly itchy, you'll be worried about brain parasites
> Logic-destroying emotion, neatly shoehorned into a funnel-optimised structure
> Salty truths more moreish than nachos
> Honourable manipulation - it's not an oxymoron
> And wait, there's more...
