Saturday Mindfulness and Meditation!

This group incorporates mindfulness techniques, guided meditations, light stretching and addressing stress/anxiety and fear. This group is perfect for anyone new or experienced with mindfulness and meditation! What to expect:

Stretching

Guided meditation Mindfulness exercises

Relaxation

Understanding the neuroscience of mindfulness practices

This group utilizes the combined wisdom, support and networking of its members. This helps members develop a greater sense of self-awareness and understanding of what they are experiencing in the moment.

Group members will learn how to process thoughts, emotions, and anxieties using mindfulness techniques and coaching strategies, all within a safe and supportive peer-based environment.

This is limited to a few people as the location will now be held from my home in Playa Del Rey- please message me for details!
