Mindful Vinyasa - Mixed Level

 'Mindful Vinyasa'. This class is aimed to looking at the art of mindful body awareness, slowing everything down, so we can really feel what is happening in the body as we move consciously and with ease. We will look at some of the therapeutic aspects of Yoga and how these can be applied to the body for healing. Breathing exercises will be offered aimed at balancing the nervous system and finishing with a mindfulness based meditation. Developing an awareness can be a powerful tool to positive change and transformation. The class is open to all levels
