I created this group to find like-minded women in my local community that are interested in health and wellness. For those that are on a journey to live happier, healthier, more vibrant lives. A place where we can grow and learn from each other’s wisdoms. The idea of this group is really to build community, develop relationships with one another, and provide support and encouragement for living a health conscious lifestyle. We'll get to know each other by doing a variety of activities including (but not limited to): healthy meal prep, DIY health projects, yoga/exercise, healthy pot lucks, self-development, book sharing, visits by health/wellness professionals, experience healthy restaurants, walks, hikes and more.
