Shift "Microbial Colors" meetup to Saturday?

Any objections if we shift the "Microbial Colors" meetup with Counter Culture Labs to Saturday at 3pm? My apologies for the last-minute notice.

Check out the "General Kitchen Agar" plates with red cabbage juice in Simon Park's latest version of the "Microbiology at Home" manual on his excellent Exploring the Invisible blog, as an example of what we are trying to accomplish in this meetup. We'll have red cabbage, turmeric and some other ingredients to work with, but remember to bring something other edible and deeply colored ingredients to experiment on.
