Welcome to the meetup for 'ACTIVE PRACTITIONERS' of counting breaths meditation. This is for people who are familiar with this meditation and have been practicing it for sometime.
This meetup is NOT DESIGNED FOR BEGINNERS who have no idea of this meditation or have not been practicing on their own.
This group has two goals
• One is to expand and deepen the meditation practice by practicing it throughput the day while being busy with daily activities.
• The second goal is to deepen the practice by sitting and doing it for extended periods starting from 20 minutes and gradually stepping it up.
