At Sahaja Yoga Free Meditation it is all about you and becoming a calmer 'you' - a more at peace 'you' without even knowing it's happening. It is experienced and felt. Everyone welcome - including kids. Learn how to awaken your own Kundalini energy to align your Chakras, and help you cope with stress, anxiety, depression and fatigue.
DATE/TIME: During this time of physical distancing and home isolation due to COVID-19 measures, this weekly session will take place ONLINE every Tuesday evening from 7:00-8:30 pm.
