Online Vinyasa Yoga Flow
Create space in your week for some “you time” - Get out of your head and into your body! You are invited to join this weekly Vinyasa Yoga Flow with Danica Beth, our certified instructor, as we connect live with her on-line from the comfort of our new community centreplace. In this class you will coordinate movement with breath to flow from one pose to the next (e.g. from Chaturanga to Upward-Facing Dog to Downward-Facing Dog, etc.​)​ Whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned yogi, all skill and experience levels are welcome and accommodated. So roll out your mat, grab a water bottle, a notebook and pen to journal some reflective thoughts in, and click on the link below to get started! Don't forget to connect 10-15 minutes ahead of time to check your set-up and sound levels (but please be aware the session will be locked at 8:40 pm for security reasons). What we're about

Many of us crave deeper connections in life. Not only with others, but with ourselves, creation, the universe, or The Divine itself. Creating connection can take on many meanings and can look different for each of us.

Whether you feel it through your mind, your body or inner being, Deep Connection eludes many of us, thanks, in part, to the noise of the distractions all around us every day. Technology, social media, cultural expectations, schedules too busy to manage, etc., all can dampen our ability to make the very connections that we're craving for in our every day lives.

In this meetup, we will explore these barriers to true connection and help uncover the key principles to breaking through into those 10 seconds of courage that can transform the way you interact and engage, while at the same time learning to exercise your listening muscle to take these connections beyond scratching the surface and into real, authentic relationships.

Utilizing effective models and practices such as Conversation Cafés, TED Talk Discussions, Retreats, & Workshops, Free Listening Stations, Reading Groups, Food & Nutrition Awareness, Physical Mindfulness, Pay-it-Forward Actions, the Zentangle Method, the Kindness Rocks Project, Care & Compassion Programs, Adult Colouring Therapy, and many others, a more compelling picture can begin to emerge for you, and help create a greater awareness of how everything is so very interconnected.

In the end, our goal is to create opportunities for you to experience this awakening and transformation, that in the end will allow you to find more connection and wholeness in your life. We look forward to our journey together.
