Join this fabulous fiber group! Bring a project, share a project, learn a new project. The world of fiber is fascinating . . . and so are the ladies who love to gather to Stitch, Bitch and Wine!
We will meet at 6pm and order sandwiches or salads from the Busted Nut (around the corner from the center until our own cafe' opens). Beer, wine and soda are available for sale at BreakAway.
There will be no charge for this group to gather (but a goodwill donation to use the space is always appreciated).
Fiber is more than just fun . . . and there is something for everyone! Our group leader, Marie Frederick, is experienced in tatting, cross-stitching, candle wicking, hand and machine sewing, embroidery, crocheting, knitting, quilting, trapunto, applique, macrame, lace making and more. Others in the group are experts at weaving, felting, and rug hooking and Paverpol (a product that "turns fabric to stone").
