Korean Cooking Class: Sanjeok, Bibimbap and Kimchi tofu soup

  • We are very pleased to announce that Eunjung will be hosting her third cooking class us us this coming Monday (December 5th). She has put together a menu of three of her favorite Korean dishes :D 

    • - Sanjeok 

    Sanjeok is a Korean traditional cuisine made by grilling sliced beef and vegetables with a special seasonings, or frying it on a griddle.

    • - Bibimbap 

    Bibimbap is a Korean dish. The word literally means "mixed rice". Bibimbap is served as a bowl of warm white rice topped with namul (sautéed and seasoned vegetables) and gochujang (chili pepper paste), soy sauce, or doenjang (a fermented soybean paste). A raw or fried egg and sliced meat (usually beef) are common additions. The hot dish is stirred together thoroughly just before eating

    • - Kimchi tofu soup 

     (Does kimchi need an introduction? :P)

    Served with  Red and White Wine

    Cost: 350HKD

    Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your class up to 48 hours before the class start-time to receive either a make-up number or a refund. We shop and prep for well in advance for each class. You are more than welcome to send someone in your place.

    Dogs: Kindly note that there are two dogs on the property. they are perfectly well behaved and will not interfere with the class. If you are allergic please take note. 

    Menu: Please note that the menu is subject availability of the produce.
