  • 3 Key Steps to Start Living Your "IF"...Stop Letting "Shoulds" Rule Your Life

FREE WORKSHOP 3 Key Steps to Start Living Your "IF". Stop Letting "Shoulds" Rule Your Life with Tiffany Kiefer, have you ever thought that you can have everything you wish for? Do you even think that is possible? Do you constantly tell yourself, that you "should" do this, or, you "should" do that? Do you believe that you can Be, Do and Have anything in your life? Would you like to have hope that what you dream is possible? If so, then I encourage you to open up your mind and your heart so you can hear the message that is meant for you. Through the stories and creative guidance there is a message for you and just for you. So, let's go on a journey together, where we begin to dream, inspire and create the freedom that awaits all of us. Hi my name is Tiffany Kiefer and I believe in creating happiness and love in all areas of my life. I am married to a wonderful man, Sean, who has been my rock through my entire journey in finding my true self, which is what I want for you. I have two amazing children who bring happiness and light to my life every minute of every day. I have had the privilege to be a military wife for 24 yrs. We are now retired, but it allowed us to travel all over the world together. It was through this journey that I finally found myself. I work out, get massages, take wonderful vacations, make time for “me” to create and manifest my dreams, have date night, go out with friends, or just hang out with my family and do nothing. Are you making “me” time for yourself? Would you like to create more of it? All of us have busy filled lives, some with family obligations, not to mention a lot of you work full time. Wouldn’t it be great if there was a way to enjoy all that you have created? What if you could enjoy each and every moment, feel appreciated, and actually start living your life the way you have always wanted to? Just in case you’re curious, none of what I have created came by accident and I believe the same or more is possible for you, regardless of your current situation. I have lived through being a victim of sexual molestation as a child, eating disorders, food addictions, being 175 pounds overweight, moving clear across the world to a place I didn’t know anyone except my family, and having to start over numerous times in my life. I tried everything I could to stuff my feelings of not being good enough far down into the depths of my soul, but nothing worked. I continuously felt that everyone else was the reason I was so unhappy, and that they were the cause of me not liking myself. I kept thinking that the more things I tried to be successful at the more I would be liked, loved or appreciated, and that would make me happy. Nothing worked, I was constantly in this upward struggle. So how did I get from there to where I am today, and how does this apply to you? I have learned how to shift my mindset and heal myself. I learned that through self-love you can do anything you put your mind to. I have also learned that the world is made up of energy and you can use this energy to create and manifest all of your desires. I learned that my purpose is to bring hope, healing, and happiness to the world. All of these things that I have accomplished and so much more is what I want for you. You can count on me to show you my true authentic self. To be totally transparent with you on my difficulties and triumphs so that you too can overcome yours. We are on this journey together. It is together that we will achieve your personal best and become the greatest version of yourself. I invite you to accept my invitation toward becoming your authentic self and having a happier and more abundant life. I guarantee you will become truly inspired by all that you can be, do, and create. You will finally have your MOJO back!

Bring your heart-felt intention and dance it into being. You are welcome to bring a token to represent your intention if you so desire, and place it on the Community Altar as we journey together. * Areas set up for meditation, energy work, and community networking. Healthy snacks, tea and water are provided. All ages welcome! Young children should be supervised by parents/guardians. * Chairs and floor pillows are available to be seated while staying engaged in the Dance. Feel free to bring your own yoga mats for stretching or lying down. * We invite volunteer Reiki healers and other energy/body workers to attend the participants. Other volunteer opportunities are available as well. Please send us your volunteer inquiries *in advance* for trade possibilities. -------------- General Guidelines and Tips 1. We kindly ask for no talking on the dance floor. This allows for people to go deeper into their Dance and connect with their journey through the elements. (Chat and conversation is welcome in the tea room, outside, or *very* quietly just off the dance floor.) 2. Dance however you want. There is no right or wrong way. Listen to your body and move to the way it feels. Express who you are from the inside out. 3. Respect yourself as well as those around you. Please be mindful to make room for others as you move about the dance floor. Pay attention to your boundaries and the boundaries of others. Communicate through eye contact and body language. Be compassionate and aware. It is our highest intention that this dance is a safe space and sanctuary for community and individual self expression. Suggestion: If you need space, or wish to disengage with another dancer, simply put your hands together in prayer pose and gently bow. This is a clear signal that you want to be in your own space. Mutual respect, always. 4. Bring extra water. This is mainly recommended for those who get very thirsty while exercising, or have a cold. 5. Wear clothes that make you feel good and are comfortable for dancing. Be expressive and colorful if you like, or just show up in your sweats. It's all good! Dancing barefoot or in socks is fine. Shoes are ok, but heavy tread shoes or heels are not allowed. Most dance shoes or slippers are great. 6. This is a Clean & Sober event. No drugs or alcohol of any kind, inside or outside of the body. This would cause you to be asked to leave. 7. Do not bring cameras, or use your phone to take photos. Ask the organizers if you have questions about this policy. 8. ALL ages and genders are welcome. 9. Be yourself! -------------- TIPS FOR THE FIRST TIMER * If you have never attended before, please take a few minutes to read. There will be a brief orientation for newcomers at 8:00 p.m. Dance Elemental is inspired by ecstatic dance culture and nature-centered spiritual paths. Though you may have attended other ecstatic dance events, Dance Elemental is a unique expression of this form. Music is selected to take you on a journey through the four elements that leads you back to your center (spirit). This is a container created for authentic self expression through dance, meditation in motion, deep play, spiritual centering and community. Rediscover and liberate your heart of hearts together through dance! We welcome all to the dance. Open your heart, and dissolve any blocks of judgment and fear. Move your body and soul to a handpicked mix of world music, tribal, funk, electronica, trance, ambient and much more. Short, guided meditations are spoken between sections to help transition us from element to element as we journey together through the experience. We are dedicated to providing this touchstone for individual wholeness, healing, growth, and community harmony. What to expect when you arrive Arrive to soft music. Check in first and then quietly find a place for your things. Be welcomed with a cleansing/smudge (sage or gentle mist). Relax, breathe and stretch as others arrive. We will be called together for a welcoming circle, speaking of our names, brief orientation, and grounding meditation. Then the dancing starts. Dancing continues until 10:45 or so. * Closing We end with a simple Heart Sharing, with a few words spoken by those who wish to speak about what they experienced, and any gratitudes, etc. There is also time allowed for community announcements just before we part. Remember you are free to bring flyers for your events and put them on the community networking table as well. -------------- Stations * Not to be confused with the religious variety. There are several "stations" in our shared space to help you with being present during the dance. 1. Tea Room: Need a refresher? We have a lovely table with healthy snacks to help re-energize and 'ground' you. A great place to chat as well. (Yes, you may bring wholesome finger-foods or beverages to share on the table - please label contents.) 2. Chill out zone: Need to be still for awhile? This is a cozy space set for meditation/stillness. 3. Healing: Feeling tapped? Reiki Practitioners and experienced Body/Energy Workers from within our community are often available to offer their care to re-energize and align the participants. 4. Community Altar: This is a space for you to focus your energy and intention, or to draw inspiration from during the dance. Everyone is invited to bring something to place on or near the altar should they feel called. 5. Drumming: There are an assortment of drums/shakers available for you to play. You may borrow available instruments, or bring your own. Please attend children. The goal is to support the dancers by adding to the energy of the music. Sensitivity and awareness is key to holding the energy in the room... Please stay attuned to cues from the DJ and/or facilitators. 6. Community networking area: This surface is set up near the entrance so that we can get to know one another better. Bring your business cards and brochures, event flyers, freebies, etc. Please take a moment to look through the materials during the evening and collect anything of interest. Seek and ye shall find. Wow! Thank you for reading all of this! Now, let's dance!!!

  • Animal Intuition for the Inquisitive with Pet Psychic Aminah Ramezany

    Center for Creative Living

    $20.00

Do animals speak? What does that feel and look like? Are my animals happy? Can I ask a question of a pet that has passed away? These are some of the questions I get asked and will answer. The amazing lives we lead are so rich and even come with dimensions that are deeply met in many facets, animals are no different. As I grew up I learned that I had a unique ability to understand animals in a way that others did not. What once was something that I only shared with close family & friends, is now open to all. Hearing our companions is the blessing I will share, help answer those burning questions, and hope you too can enjoy the conversation. Having years of experience with training and working in a vet clinic, we can also talk about those issues. What we will do: 1. On a first come first served bases the first 4 attendees will have the option of a personal reading held during the class. 2. The audience will learn by observing these readings - how they can communicate with their pets and animals better. 3. There will be opportunities to meet other animal and pet owners / lovers - to make connections and learn from each other. Please remember to leave your pets relaxing at home as they are not needed for me to have a conversation with them from any distance, even heaven. Unless your animal is a registered service animal this facility does not allow pets. RSVP's encouraged Aminah [masked]

  • Shamanic Sound Healing w Sean Michael Imler

    Center for Creative Living

Shamanic Sound Healing is a way to bring our intentions for healing into manifestation. Join Sean Michael Imler who will lead the group. We will write out prayers for people, places, situations, animals, etc. on paper that will be tucked under the altar through which Sean will call in the spirits. We will do a shamanic journey that's called upon by spirit for the evening. Sometimes there's a teaching. We will then collectively focus on healing while chanting, and lastly connect through sharing. "We begin promptly at 7pm and there are no ins and outs so as not to disrupt the journey. We usually finish by 8:15 but I have run later."
