What we're about

Are you looking for new ways to manifest your dreams? Do you need some inspiration to create a more dynamic, fulfilling life? We will use a variety of creative and meditative/visioning processes to access and manifest our deepest, and highest hopes, dreams and desires. No artistic skill or "talent" is required. This is meant to be a safe and supportive space for all participants.

Projects may include writing, drawing, painting, clay, dancing, movement, or similar.

Materials will be provided, but I recommend collecting photos, magazines, trinkets, etc., that speak to you. Keep these handy and bring to the creative event.

There will be fees per event, depending on the cost of space, cost of materials, etc.

I started taking expressive arts courses in the 1990's, leading me to go to graduate school at Notre Dame de Namur University to study art therapy, studio arts at San Diego State University, and several years of private art instruction at the Packard Art Studio in Los Altos, California. I continued on my own personal growth and spiritual journey through the Toltec Mystery School from 2002 through the present. I continue to use expressive arts for my own personal growth, discovery, and inspiration, and enjoy sharing these experiences as I always find them to be personally and deeply impactful.

Creatively Manifest Your Dreams!

Koelbel Library (Arapahoe Libraries)

$25.00

Woo hoo! We have a meet-up! Are you ready to go deep? You've probably heard of Vision Boards. This process is similar, but is meant to encompass not only what you know you want to manifest, but also your deep dreams and desires you may or may not be aware of (and the quality of these experiences). We will work with images as well as words to create pieces that help bring our dreams into reality. The piece will support you throughout the year and serve as both a conscious and sub-conscious reminder of your dreams! This is a 3-hour process using magazine images, as well as paints or colored pencils or pens, tissue paper, perhaps feathers or other gathered objects from nature, or other things that move you. The $25 fee will include poster board, magazines, paints, scissors, tissue paper, and other supplies you will need for your project. Process: We will start with a few statements to prompt your process - what is it that you would like to manifest ? How soon will it come? What part of this manifestation fulfills deep dreams or desires? If it does not, what does? What will fulfill you? What will you find rewarding? What will bring you the most joy? This is a powerful and impactful process, and I invite you to come play! Additional instructions will be provided to participants prior to the event. Light snacks included. Due to space constraints, participation is limited to the first 12. Payment can be made via Meet-up, or via cash at the door. LOCATION Koelbel Library in Centennial - Conference Room. Your Physical, Emotional, Mental, and Spiritual/Energetic Bodies

Koelbel Library (Arapahoe Libraries)

$125.00

NOTE: the $125 Fee is for all four in this series. What are the four bodies? Physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual/energetic. What are their strengths? What do they need? Do you love all four of your bodies, and do you take care of them? What do they do for you? Each week of this four week series will focus on a different body. In the Western World we are often focused on getting through our activities of the day, but do not fully acknowledge, or nurture each aspect of ourselves. These projects will give us tools to and support us in the greater care, and appreciation, and love of each aspect of ourselves - creating more ease with ourselves, more enjoyment, and more fulfillment in life. The $125 fee will cover materials and light snacks for each week. Week 1: Physical Week 2: Emotional Week 3: Mental Week 4: Spiritual/Energetic LOCATION: Koelbel Library Conference Room. Will try to post signs at the library. Projects will include collage, painting, journaling, on posterboard, large paper, wooden boxes, etc. A journal for each participant is recommended.
