Toastmasters of North Park - Regular Meeting

Check out our website

Toastmasters of North Park is a fun friendly club that creates a safe place to practice public speaking and enhance leadership skills.
Our basic meeting format:
6:30 - Welcome from our club president
6:45 - Introduce Toastmaster of the day and meeting functionaries
6:55 - Prepared speeches (usually 3-4 speeches)
7:35 - Table Topics (impromptu speaking)
7:45 - Evaluation of prepared speeches and meeting
8:00 - Closing comments from the president and award presentation
8:10 - Meeting ends (members help with room clean up)
After the meeting, everyone is invited to "Post Toasties" -- a time to socialize and get to know each other better.
IMPORTANT: Not all of our members are on and the number of people who have RSVP'd here is normally less than the number of people who will be at our meetings, which usually have about 12-16 members plus guests.
To learn more about our club, keep up to date about events, and see videos of members speeches, please visit and like our Facebook page.
