It was great meeting you, Patti. It was really an inspiring day. Can't wait to get out on the water and use all the tips and tricks I learned!

Fantastic day! The workshops were great, the presenters were awesome; meeting women who are doing great things out there; making new friends who love sailing- it couldn't have been a better day! Thank you Mary for letting us know about this. We're planning on going next year July 6th!!

Summary: Sail Trim/Taking the helm was taught by Linda Newland out of Washington State. She was incredible. She did a singlehanded - transpacific race from San Francisco to Japan back in 1981 and other races and holds the fastest time for a woman. There are a lot of cool articles about her.

Marine Electronics was taught by Beth Burlingame. She spoke about a great App - "Active Captain" lots of local like "this is a good anchorage, not a good restaurant, this buoy moved". The sail repair- Alex Pisarek. She brought her own sail in, ripped off parts, and we repaired them right there. She works for Doyle sails. She's living on her boat in Salem, MA.. BUT she's also a golfer- my other passion! Great conference today!
