Can you remember the last time you realized you were wrong, and had to change your mind? If not, you are probably not a critical thinker.

I am teaching my boyfriend Spanish, and planned a lesson that was more informational than engaging or fun. I had thought it out beforehand, and decided that the lesson should be much different than what I had done for kindergarten classes. When he ended up being too bored to sit through the lesson, I changed my approach and thought of flashcard games (against the clock, and games of chance that both of us could play) to make the lesson more fun.

Introduction

I am fluent in Spanish and intermediate in Portuguese, and have lived in Taiwan, Korea, and Argentina. My dream is to teach kindergarten at international schools. I love to exchange ideas about interesting topics and learn.
