What we're about
This group is designed to bring Crossfitters together to lift and network. Runners have their clubs, why can't we? Each Saturday morning we will get together at a local box, beach or garage gym in Tampa/St. Pete to train. The host for each week will dictate the program. There are no rules or limits on the WOD, only that it must hurt. :) If you are interested in hosting a session or just working-out then like, join, or message this group and I will work on the logistics.
