Calling all Mat Pilates lovers! Let's get together for an affordable 1 hour class, which will strengthen your entire body, improves your core muscles, increases flexibility; and hopefully we meet some amazing people along the way. Looking forward to eventually run a class once per week and build some strong friendships; and abs too :-)

Pilates and Conditioning class (Fun Full Body Workout)

Solution's Gym

This Pilates and Conditioning class will last 45 minutes and we will incorporate dynamic movements to warm up; moving into main component of full body workout consisting of lower, upper body and core strength work using various bands, mats and partner work. Finishing part will be relaxing stretch. Please wear exercise trainers (class is completed barefoot though) and bring along a small sweat towel and water! The class is limited to 15 attendees.
