This Pilates and Conditioning class will last 45 minutes and we will incorporate dynamic movements to warm up; moving into main component of full body workout consisting of lower, upper body and core strength work using various bands, mats and partner work. Finishing part will be relaxing stretch.
Please wear exercise trainers (class is completed barefoot though) and bring along a small sweat towel and water!
