ETCDEV have been maintaining Classic Geth, a reference peer implementation of Ethereum Classic network. Other projects started by ETCDEV, are Emerald Platform, which is a set of libraries and components to build a decentralized applications. And SputnikVM, a standalone EVM implementation, embeddable into other applications and designed with the idea of using it on low powered devices (IoT).

Andrew Romans is the CEO & General Partner of 7BC.VC, a venture capital & hedge fund firm exclusively focused on investing in & supporting blockchain & crypto asset ecosystem companies. Romans is also the cofounder & general partner of Rubicon VC, an active Silicon Valley & New York City VC fund that invests in privately held technology companies & enables its investors to co-invest along side the fund on a deal-by-deal basis via innovative sidecar funds right up to IPO or M&A exit.
Over the last 20 years, Chris Ensey has established himself as a cybersecurity expert & strategic executive. In 2012, he joined Dunbar Armored to launch their cybersecurity services practice. As COO, he led a team of security professionals delivering industry leading capabilities to detect & remediate cyber-attacks across the globe.

An advisory practice helping clients ranging from start-ups to global firms meet strategic innovation & regulatory challenges to find new business opportunities. Bandman Advisors bridges the gap between business and regulation. Jeff is a Lecturer in Global Affairs at Yale, teaching crypto assets & public policy in the Yale Jackson Institute for Global Affairs in Fall 2018. He is a co-founder of the Global Digital Finance initiative to establish an industry-driven global code of conduct & taxonomy for cryptoassets, and serves on the GDF Advisory Council. He serves on the Board of Advisors of Templum Inc. & iComply Investor Services. He acts as FinTech regulation mentor for the Techstars Barclays FinTech Accelerator program. Jeff is a research fellow of the Blockchain for Algorithmic Regulation & Compliance initiative at University College London's Centre for Blockchain Technologies, and is a member of the RegTech Council.
Previously, Jeff was a senior official at the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission from[masked]. As FinTech Advisor to Chairman J. Christopher Giancarlo, he was Founding Director & architect of LabCFTC, CFTC's hub for engagement with FinTech innovation. He established and chaired the CFTC blockchain, virtual currencies and FinTech working group from inception in 2015. Jeff led FinTech & RegTech coordination with domestic & international regulators, & led an international regulator workstream on post-trade digital innovation. Jeff previously led the CFTC's Division of Clearing & Risk, which oversees many of the world’s largest clearinghouses. He led the negotiations resulting in “Clearinghouse Equivalence” with the European Commission. He joined the CFTC as Special Counsel to Chairman Timothy G. Massad, & also led the CFTC’s Office of International Affairs.
