Is there a blockchain app that you've been thinking of building? Need a hand getting started with blockchain development? Come hack on your favorite blockchain or crypto project with us every Thursday! Experts are on hand to help out and we keep each other accountable on each others' week to week progress.

Feel free to work on whatever platform or project you'd like.

At 12:30pm, Joe Van Name will be giving a presentation on Reversible Computing.

"Reversible computing refers to the type of computing which deletes little to no information. Reversible computing is potentially many times more energy efficient than conventional computing, and in the future, all computing will inevitably become nearly reversible. However, today there are no energy saving reversible computers in the free market. We shall explore how cryptocurrency mining problems could be used to accelerate the development of the energy efficient reversible computer."

Hacker Thursdays also double as an open house: if you'd like to check out our office and hear more about our community, sign up and stop by!
