Ranch for Lease

Saw this on another list. FYI.

Hello Everyone,

Before I publish this listing on Craig's List, I thought I would throw this out there to members of the society. I am leasing my ranch in Lewisburg, TN. For anyone interested in growing and raising your own food, this is the place for you. It is a three bedroom, two bath house with new central heat and air on thirteen fenced acres. I have a forty tree orchard in place with pears, apples, plums, peaches, and nectarines on right now. There is a large garden plot, a place for a chicken coop and or rabbits, three cows, and two donkeys. I am looking for someone willing to care for the animals in exchange for some of the beef (all grass fed organic).

The rent is 750/mo.

The house was built in 1960 but refurbished two years ago. The location is not convenient but it is quiet and the stars are amazing at night. You probably need to be retired or have some other source of income unless you are able to make the commute. The address is 590 Sims Spring Rd, Lewisburg, TN.

If you are interested, let me know and I will send pictures.
