February 9th, 2019, Community Options will celebrate its 30th anniversary with its annual Cupid’s Chase 5K.
Run with Cupid this Valentine's Day!!! Meet other singles by wearing your Red "Available" Shirt! Or come out wearing your White "Unavailable" Shirt!! This is a 5K for all!! Run, Walk or Roll!!
Our 5K raises funds to improve the lives of individuals with Developmental Disabilities!!!
Every year in February, Community Options, Inc. holds their signature annual event, Cupid’s Chase 5K. The Ocean County race will be held at 612 Boulevard, Seaside Heights, NJ 08751 and all the proceeds from the race go directly towards supporting people with disabilities in New Jersey.
Registration is $30 on or before February 8, 2019 and $40 February 9, 2019 - Event Day. Participants will receive a goodie bag, a finishers medal, and an “Available” or “Unavailable” long sleeve shirt to wear for the race in hopes of sparking a love connection. However the shirts are first come first serve if you did not pre-register. Can't wait to see everyone there!!
Community Options is a national nonprofit organization that provides housing and employment support to people with disabilities. The first Cupid’s Chase 5K took place in 2009 and was so successful Community Options decided to take Cupid’s Chase nationally. This year, we hope to have over 10,000 Cupid’s Chase participants across 33 cities walking, running, jogging, and rolling (baby strollers and wheelchairs) to make a difference in the lives of people with disabilities.
