Our focus is nutrition, exercise, and healthy living for women of all shapes, sizes and walks of life. Nervous to step foot in the gym, we hear you, tired of all the mixed information about diets, we understand, looking for a community of like-minded, supportive, babes who want to see you succeed, You've found it!

This group is for busy women in Edmonton who deserve to make themselves a priority without feeling guilty, intimidated, or anxious about it!

Events will focus on sharing stories and support, and offering helpful, practical information to get you feeling your best, so you can live your best life!
