BYOT - Ride to Cure Everything

New News - if you want to just show up tomorrow, we should have room

Prize drawings, Performance has sweetened the pot with 2 $50 gift cards that will be given away in a drawing, so even if you don't want to ride, you can show up, make a donation and be entered in the prize drawing.  Everyone who rides will have an automatic entry

Save time the day of the event and have your waiver signed before you arrive.  sign waiver here

As of right now, it does not look like we will sell out, so if you want to show up and pay cash, you should be good with that but I would still encourage an early arrival with that plan.

You do not have to ride for the full 4 hours and we will have your contact should you leave early and win one of our awesome prizes! You can ride as much or as little as you want

Don't forget to bring a bucket to collect personal donations for your ride

Late start is fine so long as you register and we have a spot reserved for you.

Cash at the door is ok, up until the time we have 200 participants, be sure to reserve a spot and it wouldn't hurt to give me a heads up that this is what you plan.

• We have quite a growing list of confirmed prizes

• a box of steaks from McFarland Foods

• a gift card from Road ID

• a gift card from Cold Stone Creamery

• Jerseys and T-shirts

• Wal-Mart Gift Card

• store items from Performance Bike

This is going to be the best indoor ride you have ever done!  If you have any trouble signing up please let me know right away and I will help you get it done ASAP.

Remember this event is limited to 200, so if you just want to donate $10 you can assign your slot to another rider too, but if you show up the day of and we are filled up, we will not be able to let you ride inside..... I suppose in front of the store might be a possibility :)

The limit is 200 riders so start the New Year off right and insure your spot by signing up now!

Representatives from 4 cure chasing ride teams will be there!

All of the teams will have information tables set up a the event for you to sign up and jump start your fundraising for each ride.

In addition there are links below so that you can have people pre-committed to donating to your first fundraising effort for 2014!

    The same with some food
If you have ideas and want to help in that area, that would be great:)
I am planning just to approach some greenwood area groceries for that.

Also there will be some prize givaways, no details yet, but Performance is going to their vendors to see what they are willing to put in.

Double checking my schedule, but I think I should be able to do this.

Will there be more details at some point (what do we need to bring in the way of drinks/food, etc)?

I'm Glad to see interest in this event already.

I didn't realize people would see it before I announced it. Just by way of a heads up. We will be doing a $10 registration fee for this which will go to the JDRF. I will be setting that feature up shortly. But since everything we have ever done here has no charge, I thought I should mention it :)

Looking forward to riding with you all that day!!
