After 4 years of reseach, in an effort to capture the fundamentals of (digital) marketing, the customer life cycle, the voice of the customer, the process of value creation and business modeling in one single perspective, Edwin Korver created what is now known as the Customer SONAR™.

The Customer SONAR™ is an unique cross-silo, 360-degree framework covering the dynamics, the Customer Dynamics™, that forge strong customer bonds, maximize profits and creates lasting differentiation.

During meetings with several marketing and business professionals, discussing the framework and its application, many have expressed a desire to be part of a community of peers to support the development, use and propagation of the framework.
