What we're about
The Mindful Living group is focused on topics such as self-awareness, mindfulness, self-improvement, healing, spirituality, and finding peace. We'll discuss and practice ways to improve ourselves and our lives; reduce stress; expand our awareness of how we may be inhibiting our own path to happiness; and heal ourselves in whatever way we may need to heal in order to evolve and find our peace. Meetups will include guided meditation events, workshops on things like the chakras, mind/body/spirit healing, or mindfulness, Reiki training and Reiki shares, etc. I look forward to exploring and growing with everyone!
