Saturday Aerial Fitness (all levels)

WHO TAKES THIS CLASS: First timers or those new to Aerial fitness, clients that want to hone their skills, students who may have a physical injury / challenge.

In this 45 minute Beginner class, learn AntiGravity aerial basics, explore moving freely in the Harrison hammock, experience inversions, and play with gravity in this fun and elevating 1 hour class. A great class for those who come often and want to perfect their poses or for newbies trying Antigravity Fitness for the first time. Wake up the spine, get the systems moving, and create some space within the Decompression Session.
