I saw a lot of people with different goals and backgrounds coming together, and that was cool. But the audience diversity creates a unique challenge. How do you appeal to people with no experience, some experience, or tons of experience? What about people that aren't technical, but are really excited about blockchain? I think the biggest improvement that could be made - do more things, but in smaller pieces. The talks should be capped at like 5 or 10 minutes, and the technical parts should be shortened. Touch more areas in less detail. For example: The ERC20 spec is too detailed for an event like this. A seasoned dev can do it in a day, but a non-technical person gets nothing out of the whole spec. Just do one or two functions, like a "simulated" version.
