What we're about

This Chapel Hill DBSA group is for anyone with a mood disorder and/or their loved ones. We follow national DBSA guidelines so please google DBSA and go to their website for more info. This is a spinoff of the Raleigh meeting which has met for 23 years. The CH group has met for about 3 years. We talk about our weeks activities and how we are managing our illness. Some people have attended for 3 years and others are new. What is said here stays here. Binkley is kind enough to let us use their facilities but the group is not religious. We tend to avoid discussing religion. Please email DBSAChapelHill@gmail.com for more info on finding room 17 at Binkley and more info on the group. Take care, Richard.

If you live closer to Raleigh then there is a DBSA meeting on Wednesday nights at St. Mark's United Methodist Church from 7:30 to 9 PM. Please email trianglencdbsa@gmail.com for more information.
