Interesting configuration with only two rotors working from within the fuselage for lift. The two other ducted rotors in the rear seem to be more for forward thrust. It looks like there are louvers on the bottom of the main rotors to control roll while pitch is controlled by the main rotors. Yaw can be controlled by the main rotors.
