Empowering you with simple, effective and natural approaches for a healthy, glowing life
For people doing great work in the world to cultivate and keep a healthy lifestyle that they love
My vision is to hook humanitarians up with natural health (& beauty) professionals (like you!) who impart the techniques that you use in your everyday life to make you feel great and give you a ton of energy to live your own life.
Why? So they can live longer and make even more of an impact in the world.
This goes back to me losing my mom to cancer 15 years ago and then losing my job in international relief and development during the recession. As a result of both of these life changing events, I felt compelled to do something meaningful with my life again. - something that made a difference in the world.
So I decided to combine my knowledge of the power of nutrition and my desire to help people doing great work in the world, and thus the Kitchen Makeover System™ was born.
This unique system has the power to change everything for you and, what's more, everyone can implement it.
In order to be the best at what I do, I studied with some of the top mentors and teachers in the field of raw and living foods.
Why raw food specifically? Quite simply because raw foods are THE most powerful foods on the planet, and everyone needs to be eating more of them!
During my time at nutrition school, and while studying with these mentors, I learned everything I needed to know in order to live the healthiest and happiest life myself, and just as importantly, how to pass this onto others.
My mom had conventional treatment, and it didn't work for her. That is what threw me into plant therapies. Now I share the tools that I use in my everyday life to create super immunity, especially with humanitarians or people doing great work, so that they live longer (instead of dying at at 63 from cancer like my mom and Audrey Hepburn) and even more people whose lives they touch get to benefit from their profound influence in the world.
ME, I personally love to cleanse. I use fresh, minimally processed food, wild-crafted, whole food supplements, digestive enzymes, probiotics, botanical blends, essential oils for cellular health, mineral salt baths, group meditation, the power of intention/prayer. There are a few other things, like spending 15 minutes a day in nature in the winter, snuggling up with a good book in front of the fireplace, brushing my teeth with charcoal toothpaste. I indulge in avocado chocolate mousse or grab a spoonful of almond butter instead of raw chocolate. - If I didn't do that I would probably eat cookies and cake and all kinds of stuff.
What I want to know is - What successful tools have you used to keep your mind, spirit and body in the shape and size that you want it to be, that make you feel great and give you optimal energy? Please let me know. I really want to know.
Is it acupressure, crystals, drum circles, energy work (Reiki, Qigong, Chakra Therapy, Healing Touch), forest bathing, homeopathy, meditation, music therapy, sweat lodges, walking meditation, wilderness therapy, or yoga, or something else entirely?
I invite you to consider promoting your tools in a Meetup on our Meetup group.
Want to promote your event on our Meetup group?
Simply let me know the Details:
• Hosted by
• Date & Time
• What we’ll do
• What to bring
• Important to know
You will get...
• Your event showcased on the meet up group with full description and photos, if applicable
• 2 emails sent to the members - 1 event announcement and 1 event reminder.
It's $10 per event. Organizing is a lot of work, and I'm happy to do it. So I kept the price as SMALL as I can, but also to cover my costs.
I'd love to have you attend and present, share your best tools for feeling so good and living longer so you can to touch even more lives.
Attended a meetup?
Please write a little bit about your experience with the tools/techniques in the meetup you attended. This so important so that others can see the benefit of the techniques, and I really do appreciate it.
Simply type a few words about how you found the techniques, sharing what you loved, where the value was for you and how it changed things for you, so that others may be inspired by your words and hopefully benefit from the techniques too.
