It's been a great summer, but time to get back to the business of MarTech. Join us for another fantastic DC MarTech Talk to hear how voice search is changing search engine optimization (SEO) yet again. Head to Tysons' Industrious Co-working to learn and network with the DC area's most innovative marketers, demand gen, and marketing ops professionals.

AGENDA

5:30 pm: Networking
6:30 pm: Brielle Nickoloff, Product Marketing Lead at Witlingo
7:15 pm to 8 pm: Wrap-up and networking

According to ComScore, by the year 2020, 50% of all searches will be done by voice. Furthermore, there's an estimated 130 million smart speakers in the US right now.

The numbers don't lie.

The business of Voice is booming and your customers already search for you with their voices. All indications point to speech becoming the new search bar.

Just like with the traditional web and with the shift to being "Mobile First", those who launch an early presence get a head start on planting and build their Voice SEO roots. And just like we've seen before, those roots lead to your content and brand being served up before those competitors who fail to prepare for the new search paradigm.

How about you?

What are you doing to optimize your brand presence for voice search? Do you have an Amazon Alexa skill? A Google Assistant action?

At this first meetup of Fall 2019, Brielle Nickoloff, the Product Marketing Lead at Witlingo will touch on ways that innovative firms, organizations, and other early Voice First movers, built their Voice First presence and optimize content for the Voice First Web.
