Director, Public Policy Research and Communications


Based in Boston, this position will be on the public policy team in the Fidelity Investments Government Relations and Public Policy Group (GRPP). The position reports to Vice President, Policy Development and Advocacy Support. It will support the Executive Vice President and entire group in communicating internally and to clients, help business units communicate to clients and customers on policy related matters, and support the government relations team in communicating to external opinion leaders. The position will be primarily responsible for executive communications: developing a range of materials from high-level visual concepts (PowerPoint) to more narrative public-policy related communications. The position will also help deliver consistency across various documents used by the group. Undergraduate degree in relevant field and 5-10 years of post-college work experience required. The Pew Environment Group?s (PEG) website and related online communications are an integral focus of PEG?s current and future work. The Officer, Web will work closely with the deputy director for communications; the Pew Charitable Trusts? communications and web teams; the PEG Communications team; and PEG campaign staffs to help develop a strategic vision for PEG online.
