DC Women in Politics, brings together a diverse group of women representing all wards of the city. Members include women who are interested in running for elected office, as well as those who are dedicated to promoting the election of women to public offices.

The coalition's objectives are to:

• Enhance the skills and sharpen the techniques of women who are interested in running for public office.

• Galvanize the collective support of women throughout the District to increase the number of women elected to public office.

• Promote the issues of concern to women, especially those who are voiceless.

- Educate ourselves in the issues of concern to DC residents

She created, with business owners and residents, the U Street Movie Series and Sustainable U to increase sustainable living and working in the 14th and U Streets corridor. Help me with Voter Registration Drive at these locations and activities: All: Last weekend I conducted several voter registration drives and was able to get 9 new forms completed which I delivered to DCBOEE. I am listing activities at which anyone can help me conduct voter registration the next two weekends. Please let me know when/where you can meet me.
