On this fall outing, we will enjoy the diverse cuisines of the southeastern corner of Baltimore city while exploring its neighborhoods and waterfront sceneries.

We will begin our excursion in the popular and historic waterfront community of Fells Point. We will start lunch with Korean cuisine at Asahi Sushi Restaurant. This popular restaurant serves Korean dishes such as Bul-Go-Ki, Chop Chae Bob, and Pajun. They are also known for serving a good selection of sushi. Prices range from $4 - $20, while their sushi selection ranges from $16 - $30.

After lunch, we will have a choice of dessert at two ice cream shops that are on the same block. Pitango Gelato is an Italian ice-cream shop known for serving excellent gelato. Maggie Moos Ice Cream and Treatery is a franchise ice cream store with various flavors of ice cream, yogurt, and milkshakes. They are also known for serving unique treats such as ice cream pizza and ice cream cupcakes. After dessert, we will venture around the Fells Point community and waterfront.

We will conclude our journey in the Greektown neighborhood, which has been home to Baltimore’s Greek American community for over 80 years. We will eat dinner at Ikaros Restaurant, which serves authentic Greek cuisine and is a popular destination in the neighborhood. Prices range from $6 - $25.

*A detailed itinerary will be emailed one week before the date of the trip.
