Tom Petty Tribute Jam - Sterling

Kokopelli Music Studio

Whether it was with The Heartbreakers or the supergroup Traveling Wilbur’s, Tom Petty was always Runnin Down A Dream. If You Don’t Know How It Feels to play his music, then this is your chance. And I Won’t Back Down! We’re doing this.

So join your hosts, Tori G and Gary F, and all of the other fans of this classic southern rocker. The date is May 13th from 1:00 to 3:30 at Kokopelli Music Studios in Sterling. I know The Waiting will be hard, but we’re Depending On You. And remember, if you have a Change Of Heart and can’t attend, just let us know.

There are many great songs and it will be hard to pick 8 to 10, but we will do our best with your input. We’ve kicked it off with some suggestions below, but your input will help us to add some, subtract some and come up with a rockin' list. We'll set up a voting poll by the end of March:

You Wreck Me
I Won’t Back Down
Free Fallin
Mary Janes Last Dance
Into The Great Wide Open
Running Down A Dream
Don’t Do Me Like That
Refugee
Stop Dragging My Heart Around
Don’t Come Around Here No More
