Visit Free - Newcomers welcome

Yes, Wednesday is newcomers day. This Meet Up is sponsored by Richardson Noon Toastmasters, which has been encouraging people just like you and me who have a fear of public speaking.

If you know anyone with a fear of public speaking, check this out. A Toastmasters club's mission is to provide a supportive and positive learning experience in which members are empowered to develop communication and leadership skills, resulting in greater self-confidence and personal growth.

In short, you can get over your fear of public speaking and improve your speaking skills and confidence levels just by showing up and participating every week.

No need to make an appointment your first time. No need to bring a check or credit card. Just come a few minutes early and tell the first Toastmaster you meet you are new and want to attend your first meeting to see if it is right for you.

If you want, yes, you can bring a friend. Guests and visitors attend free.

Check in with past Toastmasters club president Billy Wildes, educational VP Anne Barab, past club presidents Jim Chandler, Henry Arnold or myself.

Questions: Do you have to be a member of the church? No, this is a community Toastmasters meeting open to all visitors in a central location along one of DFW's busy expressways.
