Wren's STRONG by Zumba™ class

Cooper Street Branch YMCA

https://www.zumba.com/en-US/faq/strong-by-zumba I teach every week Zumba Strong at the South Arlington YMCA. I can bring in guests so let me know by email or text me at[masked] if you'd like to come and check it out. If you interested in joining the Y, here is their website with information: http://amaymca.org/locations/cooper-street-ymca/ What is this class about? STRONG by Zumba™ is a high intensity interval training workout driven by the science of Synced Music Motivation. STRONG by Zumba™ is not a dance class; it uses more traditional fitness moves for a more athletic, conditioning-style workout. See more info here: https://strong.zumba.com/en-US How does STRONG by Zumba™ differ from a Zumba® class? (https://www.zumba.com/en-US/faq/strong-by-zumba#faq-diff-strong) A traditional Zumba® class is based on the integration of dance and dance-type movements. Both classes are a total-body workout. You use your own body weight as resistance to achieve muscle definition. Both classes are driven by a unique musical experience unlike anything else in the industry. How does this program differ from other HIIT workouts? (https://www.zumba.com/en-US/faq/strong-by-zumba#faq-diff-hiit-workout) In all other workouts, music is just an afterthought and chosen independently of the moves and structure of the class. In a STRONG by Zumba™ class, music is the key element. First, we develop moves to drive specific results, then we reverse engineer and craft music to match every single move. The result is a revolutionary, perfectly synced workout that increases your motivation and allows you to push farther to achieve better results. STRONG by Zumba™ is also characterized by a unique system of progression. The class is built into 4 quadrants that build in intensity for ultimate results. The 4th quadrant is done on the floor for a great core workout for the glutes, abs and chest.
