Supplies needed: paint & brushes or drawing tools plus canvas or paper. An easel is useful but not absolutely necessary since there is some seating. Paper towels, water cup, etc. A camera is a good backup.
Get inspired by nature! If it's rainy or windy, we can work inside the Jaycee Park Center for the Arts from photos.
If you want to do plein air at another park in Irving, feel free! Invite a friend too.
Create artwork or photos you can enter for free in the Celebrate Irving Exhibits (at Jaycee Park Center for the Arts or the West Irving Library.) Drop off date will be March 25 10am-2pm (also March[masked]pm for the library). Work should be framed and ready to hang.
