Please join DFW Scrum at Sabre HDQ as Kelly and Ryan Key present 'Magnify Your View…How to Envision the Indicators for Scaled Success'
Agile Transformations are typically performed by Autonomous Teams. The need to Scale information to compare Team Performance and ultimately manage the Transformation is important. Basic Agile Metrics are associated to the Teams and should not be used for Comparison such as Velocity or Burn Down Charts. Taking a higher level look at the overall process allows Leaders to take advantage of some Indicators that will track the combined work at Scale.
Trend allows for tracking the general movement over time of a statistically detectable change. Momentum is the strength or force gained by motion or by a series of events. And Cycles are an interval of time during which a sequence of a recurring succession of events is completed.
Using these indicators from a high level view allows Leadership to make better decisions and deliver faster, ultimately delighting customers.
