Do your teams know what the future holds? Do you know more about your story than you think you do? Do you know what you don’t know about your story? Please join Sean Hamilton and Tressie White from Sabre for an interactive exercise in different approaches for story writing as we explore how to tell your full story.

Sean and Tressie began their Scrum Master career together in 2015. Since then, they have moved onto different scrum teams, but continue to work together to brainstorm different approaches to being Servant Leaders and working with teams.

Tressie is a Certified Scrum Master who has been with sabre for 18 years. She has worked in numerous software development roles, and became a self-proclaimed agilest once she was introduced to XP Programming as a developer. Later, she was exposed to Kanban, and Scrum as well. She enjoyed these agile methodologies so much, it made sense for her to step up and become scrum master. She is a Sabre Operating Model Champion, in which she works with other scrum masters, agile coaches, and leaders to discuss Sabre’s agile processes and the Operating Model. She volunteers on the committee for DFW Scrum. She is a mother of 4 boys aging from 17-24, is a true Texan who enjoys life in the country. Her hobbies include shopping, nature hikes, and photography.

Sean Hamilton is a certified scrum master through Scrum Alliance since 2015. He has worked with Sabre for over twenty years in various software development roles and has developed an interest in team building and collaboration. Prior to Sabre, Sean work with start-up companies where he developed a rapid deployment strategy to develop software in the field and on site. He didn’t know it at the time, but the approach incorporated many agile philosophies. He’s worked to grow and refine these practices through his development career and now officially as a scrum master. Sean and his wife Bonnie are founding members of Southlake Montessori School, and Sean can sometimes be seen performing Middle Eastern percussion with Isis and the Star Dancers at Scarborough Renaissance Festival in Waxahachie.
