Bio: Lesley is an Agile Coach, ScrumMaster, and quality advocate working at Slalom Dallas with over 15 years of experience in improving the customer experience. Her background includes 6 years in multiple agile roles and 10+ years in manual and automated testing. Lesley’s past Agile teams have utilized the Scrum and Kanban frameworks, with the occasional “Scrumban” to plan for external vendor and operational dependencies. Being agile means “doing the right thing” for the client, and she understands that flexibility, along with consistency, are key to successfully moving toward agility.
