T’ai Chi is for everyone. This is a beginner’s class. T’ai Chi is a slow, low impact exercise.
In the modern sense, it is meditation in motion. No special equipment or gym needed.
Learn how to breathe and relax. The class will improve mental clarity and physical flexibility, balance and strength.
Experience the art of moving meditation in a friendly, fun, and supportive environment. Plenty of parking on streets.
Suggestions: Wear comfortable clothes, shoes and an open mind. Bring a small bottle of water.
Classes are every Wednesdays & Mondays from 6-7pm. We start on time.
