The subject of our next meeting will be Landlording in Philadelphia, with guest speaker Heather Petrone Shook, Associate Broker at Joseph D. Petrone Real Estate, Inc. in East Falls. Heather has extensive experience in Philadelphia property management, as well as teaching Real Estate Pre-Licensing and Continuing Education classes for Schlicher Kratz Institute. Heather is well versed in the field of real estate property management, leasing and sales and has represented 100+ landlords, written over 1000 leases throughout the NW Philly, manages (by choice) 25 properties or less in East Falls; and currently mentors 3 agents from other companies regarding leasing/rentals and property management.

Additionally, everyone will be given a chance to voluntarily present a short self biography of themselves (which we will continue to do at each meeting), including how long they have been in DIG, their real estate investment experience, what they are looking to learn as a result of attending the sub group and being a DIG member, etc. Networking will take place both before and after the meeting.

Please remember to bring your deals, as well as your DIG membership cards.

First time guests are always welcome!
